Discover 11:11 Eleven Eleven

Tucked away in the lively heart of Colorado Springs, 11:11 Eleven Eleven at 1710 Briargate Blvd STE 450 has become more than just a restaurant-it’s an experience that feels like a warm gathering among friends who appreciate good food done right. Walking through its doors, the first thing that strikes you is the inviting aroma of grilled perfection mingled with the soft hum of conversation and clinking glasses. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, letting you enjoy every bite, every laugh, and every sip.

My first visit was on a crisp autumn evening, and the place was buzzing with energy. The staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and a level of hospitality that felt effortless, not rehearsed. The interior balances rustic charm with modern comfort-dimmed lighting, polished wood accents, and just enough personality to make it memorable without trying too hard. From families celebrating special occasions to couples on casual dates, the mix of guests told me everything I needed to know: this diner has mastered the art of making everyone feel at home.

The menu is what truly sets Eleven Eleven apart. It’s not just extensive-it’s thoughtful. Every dish seems crafted to blend bold flavors with comfort, giving familiar favorites a creative twist. I started with their signature crispy Brussels sprouts tossed in a tangy glaze, a dish that could convert even the most skeptical veggie eater. For the main course, the bourbon-glazed salmon caught my attention, perfectly seared and plated with roasted sweet potatoes and fresh greens. The flavors harmonized in a way that spoke to the chef’s experience and attention to detail. My dining companion tried the slow-smoked ribs, tender enough to fall off the bone, paired with a smoky house-made barbecue sauce that hinted at molasses and hickory wood.

According to a local food survey by The Gazette, nearly 87% of diners in Colorado Springs prioritize atmosphere and service as much as flavor when choosing where to eat. Eleven Eleven meets all three with ease. It’s clear that the team behind the counter takes pride in the craft. Talking briefly with the manager, I learned that their kitchen sources ingredients locally whenever possible, supporting nearby farms and ensuring peak freshness. That commitment not only elevates the food quality but builds a sense of community that regulars have come to cherish.

Reviews online mirror my experience. Many guests rave about the weekend brunch menu-especially the chicken and waffles drizzled with spicy honey-and their craft cocktails that rival any upscale bar downtown. The location at 1710 Briargate Blvd also makes it convenient for both residents and travelers exploring the northern side of Colorado Springs. Parking is ample, and the area itself is surrounded by shopping and entertainment spots, making it ideal for a casual outing or date night.

One of the things I appreciate most about Eleven Eleven is how they’ve managed to keep their identity authentic in a world where many restaurants chase trends. Their focus isn’t on gimmicks; it’s on delivering consistently satisfying meals with heart. The staff’s professionalism, the clean presentation, and the cozy yet refined environment all contribute to a dining experience that feels honest and memorable.

Chef Michael, a seasoned culinary artist with over fifteen years in the industry, once said during an interview with Colorado Eats Magazine that food should tell a story. At Eleven Eleven, that philosophy shines through every plate served. It’s not just about what’s on the menu-it’s about the moments created around it. Whether it’s the first bite of a juicy burger or the last sip of their signature Old Fashioned, every detail feels intentional and crafted with care.

Even on repeat visits, the consistency remains impressive. The service is attentive without hovering, and the dishes maintain the same high quality that keeps customers coming back. For anyone seeking a restaurant that embodies warmth, flavor, and authenticity in Colorado Springs, this diner is worth bookmarking. The combination of excellent food, friendly service, and a location that’s both accessible and inviting makes it a standout destination for locals and travelers alike.

  • Delicious!!! Tried the curry tikka bowl with rice and salad. Was filling and INCREDIBLE! Perfectly tender juicy curry chicken and the rice was fluffy and yummy. Can’t wait to try more things!

  • First time trying 11:11 since we moved back and we loved it. I got the Curry Tikka in a rice bowl and we also got a Shawarma chicken salad bowl. From the fries to the rice everything was super tasty. We also got a Turkish Kahve which was VERY delicious. I do not like the bitterness of coffee so I usually avoid it but this was great.

  • 6/19/24- really good food for a great price. When compared to the other restaurants in the mall it has the best food volume to price ratio, so best value at the mall. I got the chicken shawarma bowl which was a touch dry until I dumped in my extra baba ghanouj. The blue sauce was yummy, but at first sight was a little odd since you don't expect a blue food. I would highly recommend this place and will be stopping by next time I'm in the area.

  • This was delicious! My husband and I loved the shawarma, he had a wrap and I had the bowl with rice. The blue sauce on my bowl was surprising, but super delicious and vibrant! Definitely a go to our next time at the mall :)

  • My husband and I stopped by for dinner and we loved it. Very friendly. We did wait some time but there was only one individual working.

  • This place had some awesome items on the menu, bonus it had a decent selection of Gluten-free. If you are hanging at the mall like we’re back in 80s, 90s, early 00s and you need a tasty little treat check this place out. Highly recommend!

  • I recently visited 11:11, and I was blown away by the quality of the food and service! The dishes are made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. I tried the chicken shawarma bowl and the Oreo crepe, and both were absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. This is easily my new favorite spot in the mall, and I can’t wait to come back and try more from their diverse menu!
